The GreenFire Catastrophic Warranty covers 100% of the structure of a GreenFire Global SuperHome™ against all natural wind forces including all hurricane or tornado winds - even winds in excess of 350 mph. The Warranty also covers all damage to the concrete structure from the forces of water including flood waters or storm surge as high as 20’ moving at 23 knots (the exact height of the water and speed will be written in the individual policy). Should the concrete structure of a GreenFire Global SuperHome™ be substantially damaged or destroyed  by these forces, GreenFire Global, Inc. will replace the concrete structure - including all structural walls, floors, and roofs - free of charge.

The warranty is limited to the concrete structure and does not include damage to anything else such as furniture, appliances, non-structural walls, windows, or doors. This kind of insurance should be covered by regular home owner’s insurance.
