Our advanced technologies do not limit our architectural possibilities. There is virtually no limit to the different styles of Architecture possible with GreenFire. We currently have brick, stucco, and stone families with more styles being added. In fact, the only way we differ from other classic architecture is in our distinctive and beautiful Rooftop Gardens.
GreenFire’s ICF Concrete Technology
Our Founder, Larry West, pioneered what is now called ICF or Insulated Concrete Forms 30 years ago. The GreenFire Global SuperHome™ uses a redesigned version of this system to create homes of ultra energy efficiency, hurricane proof, tornado proof, and extreme durability.
GreenFire’s SolarPowerCanopy™ opens a whole new world of possibilities for energy free independence, supplying our homes with an unlimited source of electricity, heating our hot water, harvesting pure rainwater, and lighting our homes with pure, energy free sunlight.
GreenFire’s Hybrid Solar Power System
GreenFire™ offers complete freedom from all such disasters with 100% solar power free for life. GreenFire™ is the first mainstream American home to make full time, off grid, 100% electric power generation with biodiesel generator back up are a standard features. There is even enough electricity left over to power an electric car full time.
A deceptively simple system, it is the heart of our energy free heating & cooling system as well as our air purification system (a World First). It is exclusive with the GreenFire Global SuperHome™, invented, developed, and perfected by our Founder over the last 30 years.
The Rooftop Terrace supports full elevated gardens, fountains, fishponds, hot tubs, fire pits, rooftop kitchens, and grape arbors as well as the important job of elevating utilities above flooding waters. It is unique in all the World.
Circle of Life Rooftop Gardens
Circle of Life Rooftop Gardens are unique in all the World. These raised gardens grow pure, totally organic vegetables, herbs, fruits, and flowers at enormous rates without additional fertilizers or growth enhancers and at the same time use, and recycle, rainwater harvested from our GreenFire™ SolarPowerCanopy™.

Standard Elevator System
A GreenFire™ Home is built vertically rather than horizontally for many reasons such as: energy efficiency, storm surge and flood protection for those homes in harm’s way, to get our Wildlife Preservation Homes above the environment, and as an elevated platform for our SolarPowerCanopy™ to name a few. As a result, we provide elevators in all our homes over 2 stories.
The GreenFire™ Hurricane-Security Shutter System
The GreenFire Shutter System was developed originally as an essential part of our Ultra Energy Efficiency insulation technology. Later, it became part of our everyday security system and still later it became a hurricane/tornado shutter.
The GreenFire™ Hurricane Warranty
The GreenFire Catastrophic Warranty covers 100% of the structure of a GreenFire Global SuperHome™ against all natural wind forces including all hurricane or tornado winds - even winds in excess of 350 mph. The Warranty also covers all damage to the concrete structure from the forces of water including flood waters or storm surge as high as 20’ moving at 23 knots.
Rainwater Harvesting (Coming)
The GreenFire Global SuperHome™ is the first production home in the World to include a complete Rainwater Harvesting system as a standard feature. Why Rainwater Harvesting? First, because our SolarPowerCanopy™ already has all the necessary elements in place and it cost almost nothing to implement and second, it is all about health and an unlimited source of the purest natural water on Earth.
Liquid Compositing Wastewater Reclamation (Coming)
Probably the most controversial of all our features, this completely natural onsite system takes household waste and turns it into clear, odorless, nutrient rich water in about 48 hours which is re-introduced back in the natural environment around the home. It eliminates the extensive pollution caused by releasing treated and untreated sewage water into our lakes, rivers, and ocean as well as the need for sewer lines and sewage treatment plants saving both the developer and the municipalities millions of dollars.
